Hello! I’ve created this page to share the many reasons for friends to come visit Alex and I in Europe once he’s finally here :-). Since moving to Europe in April, I’ve stayed at or visited (in that order): Paris, Valencia, Barcelona, Sevilla, Castellón, Nice, Valbonne, Cannes, Biot, Antibes, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Mougin + Grasse, Eze.

Socca is a traditional dish from Nice, made from chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and sea salt, resulting in a savory pancake with crispy edges. It is a popular street food in the region, often enjoyed hot and served in a paper cone.
